Job Description: 

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of production employees.
  • Maintains safety standards and insure the proper use of machines and other mechanical devices.
  • This position must insure that correct procedures are being followed to produce the best product possible in a timely fashion.           

Job Duties: 

  • Directly supervise 5-20 employees.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibility in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include:


    • Training of employees
    • Planning, assigning and directing work
    • Appraising performance
    • Rewarding and disciplining employees
    • Addressing complaints and resolving problems

    Job Qualifications:

    • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform all the job duties satisfactorily.
    • Requires minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. 
    •  Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment and willing to change as the situation comes up.
